I have been thinking for a while now if the portrait mode is something I would like on my n800. It would probably come in handy for applications like xournal. The way I use my IT landscape orientation totally suffices. It would be cool though to try the portrait mode on the n800! Go for it and let us know how it feels! :)..

thanks... I have the BH200 and it sux big time so yesterday an order for a BH800 was placed...hope it is better than the old one.. it's so much more convenient for me to use BT headset for voip on the n800 when at home trying to juggle many tasks at the same time.. especially having in mind that two years old tend to get themselves in all kinds of weird situations which in most cases calls for an immediate action so I do not need any wires in the way :)...

..yeah, it was enabled.. i actually prefer to have the keyboard brought up by a (or two) finger tap(s) and that was almost impossible...i do not know the whole 2008 thing just did not feel right.. i can't even explain why.. probably it's just that i am so used to 2007..anyway i am in the process of reflashing it right now and giving it another go.. thanks for the tips though!! :)...

..flashed..got mad with not being able to bring the on-screen k-board...was able to tether my edge phone to the n8oo using pan but it was painfully slow (time for upgrade i think ;)..)..decided to go back to 2oo7..reflashed...and now am thinking that i did not really give it a try...therefore another flashing session is scheduled for tonight...will keep the 2K8 at least for over the wekend and see if i can live with activating the k-board with the d-pad...sigh..
